- The Drug Abuse Prevention Council (DAPC) serves the towns of Bedford, Lewisboro and Pound Ridge. Its members are from a variety of sectors, including schools, police departments, local governments, and residents. The DAPC addresses the risk as well as the protective factors for substance use and abuse.
